Our location is extremely convenient:

• The Coop supermarket is in the same building, right outside the front door.
• Across the street there is a self-service laundry and, a little further on, a café with a surprising selection of coffees.
• For an Italian-style breakfast, head to Café Leopardi for cappuccino, caffellatte, freshly squeezed orange juice and all kinds of cornetti.

For lunch:

• at Bar Leopardi you can choose a full set menu

In the evening, the Catania seafront offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars: from traditional Sicilian cuisine to fresh fish, from street food to vegan sushi.

After a day among the cultural treasures of Catania, Taormina or Syracuse, or after an excursion on Etna, you can relax at Lido Miami Beach, reachable by walking along via Giacomo Leopardi. Here you can rent two sunbeds with an umbrella for 25 euros a day, on a large wooden terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, among striking lava rocks.

The lido has a restaurant for lunch, entertainment for children and lifeguards ensuring safety in the pool and in the sea. Along the coast you will also find free terraces with sea access and sunbeds for rent (for example at Piazza Europa, about 7 euros a day). Here you will also find kiosks with cold drinks and snacks.

Finally, Catania’s long sandy Playa, stretching for 12 km, is 20 minutes away by car or bus.
